W.D. Manor staffs a full time Safety Manager.  The function of this individual is to enforce the company safety program and make updates and modifications as necessary.  In addition, the Safety Manager oversees all critical tasks such as confined space entries and trenching operations.  The WDM Safety Manager reviews and assesses the full scope of any project and designs a complete company jobsite safety program.  This program will outline the very specific hazards associated with that particular job and the plans to remove or protect against those hazards.
