The HVAC Service Team at W. D. Manor provides air conditioning, ventilation and heating services for commercial, industrial and light commercial customers. Our customers represent virtually every industry and building use. The HVAC Service Team has the resources and equipment to provide all mechanical service needs such as vibration analysis, fan balancing and hydronic testing. Our technicians hold certifications in controls, boilers, SSTA and refrigerant recovery. The WDM Service team consists of the most skilled HVAC Service Technicians in the Valley. Our team has combined experience of over 130 years and are well-trained and certified in all major brands of equipment, (Carrier, York, Trane, McQuay), making it possible to troubleshoot any call.
We also offer service and maintenance contracts individually designed per the customer’s requirements to ensure the building is operating as originally designed.
