At W.D. Manor, we believe that the best support system is an educated one. Our employees frequently attend classes and seminars to enhance their overall knowledge of our industry as well as improve their personal productivity. Whether a small class on spreadsheets, or a series of seminars on healthcare policy, we understand the value of knowledge and education.
A core value at W.D. Manor that is regularly put into practice is sharing our extensive expertise with others within the mechanical contracting industry. Manor employees teach many of the certification and training classes that our competitors attend. Our Healthcare Contractor Certification course was orignally developed for our own employees and is now being taught industry wide. Also, in conjunction with P.I.P.E., WDM developed the first “Medical Gas Installer” certification process and subsequently taught the class to the rest of the industry. Manor is leading the way as this industry and world markets work quicker, faster, and smarter.
